Business Development Information is a special marketing list that allows you to indicate that you want a particular contact marketed to by your organization. Although you can add contacts to this list just like any other marketing list, you can also add a contact to this list by indicating that you have a business development interest in the contact.
You can do this from two places:
- When creating a new contact.
- When editing your relationship with a contact.
You can only set business development interest on person contacts.
Your organization can change the terms used for this feature. Also, your organization can choose to turn off the Business Development Interest functionality in InterAction.
