Important information about the synchronization between Outlook and InterAction is recorded to logs that maintain information about when the process ran and if it ran successfully. The log for each process maintains the following information:
- Process name
- Workstation name
- Schedule
- Submit date
- Start date
- End date
- Results
To view the results from a process, double-click Process - Schedule and Results in the main window entity list of InterAction Administrator. Select the process you want to review and choose Results. The Process Results dialog box displays the results of the process you selected.
From the Process Log dialog box, you can do the following:
- Choose Delete to delete the currently selected log entry.
- Choose Delete All to delete all log entries currently displayed.
- Choose Refresh to update the log list to show any recently run processes.
- Choose Filter to narrow the number of entries displayed by workstation, process, and date range.
- Choose Run Again to run the process currently selected immediately.
